Forgotten Coal Mine England
Inside the old shower block, is a room filled with lockers. On the rotting wooden benches sits a lonely hard hat.
They aren't really that tall, this is shot quite low angle with a wide angle lens. The upper lockers were chest height in reality

I suspect, a later survey of the building and someone left their hat behind. It seems more like a lightweight visitor one than one used by miners
