Take a Walk
Before I left for a walk, I turned around and saw our cat sitting at the window looking outside. I returned, let him out, and he did something he had never done before: he took me for a walk. It really touched my heart, and I had to laugh as he meowed whenever I waited for him while we did the whole 30-minute walk together.

On a gravelly farm track, a cat is walking directly towards the photographer. The photo is taken from a very low perspective, the camera at the cat's eye level. The cat has a dark brown head with light brown spots in front of the ears. His eyes are blue, the chest is sepia and brown, the legs dark brown with white tips. His dark brown bushy tail sticks straight up into the sky. There is grass to the left and right of the path, some trees and a small chapel form the background. The sky is covered with dark grey clouds, as the weather was tending towards a thunderstorm at the time the photo was taken. In our previous house, we backed right onto fields that led down to a footpath, and our cats would often come for walks with us. If we went along the river they'd be jumping from tree to tree ❤️
