@GertyBz I don't dispute that you are unfortunately right in most real life cases. But in the particular case of my picture, my able bodied eyes read : "L'ascenseur est strictement réservé au personnel et aux personnes à mobilité réduite" (Trad : "The elevator is strictly reserved for staff and people with reduced mobility").
