Wasn't able to share these pics before, but the lens is publicly announced now so here's a few moments from last weekend when the parrots came to say hello :)
I love it when they come back to town.
And yes, I realise it's silly trying to do bird photography with a 28-105mm zoom but that's what I had on me!
And a few flowers from the same walk. That 105mm at F2.8 gives a tonne of lovely bokeh.

@ewen Nice!! That type of lens seems like it would be fun to play around with for someone like me who doesn't really know what they want.

@ewen you made mention in the post of a “70-200mm F2.8”; any recommendations and not necessarily a fast lens?
Lots of good 70-200mm F2.8 out there. Everyone has a good one of them it seems.
What camera are you shooting on?

The 35-100mm on the GH5 will give you the equivalent of 70-200mm.
Every lens in the world of MFT is much much smaller and lighter than the full frame world. Huge advantage at the telephoto end of things :)
