A change today from wildlife! This is the view down the nave of Monreale Cathedral near Palermo Sicily. Monreale Cathedral is one of the greatest existent examples of medieval Norman architecture, characterized by massive construction based on rounded arches over windows and doorways. @ckaras Monreal is a town in the Metropolitan City of Palermo, so it is likely the same place you are thinking of. The cathedral in 'downtown' Palermo does not look like this!
