Spotted this black-and-white bee near Sungei Tengah, Singapore, on 6 Sept. 2020. It's a female Megachile conjuncta, a member of the leaf cutting and resin bees. Cute looking too. ๐Ÿ™‚

I believe the flowers are Beggarticks (Bidens alba)
