Gibt es einen Test (also keinen PCR sondern Selbsttest) der, bei klassischen Erkältungsymptomen etwas früher Coronaviren erkennt?
Es nützt mir nichts wenn nach 3 Tagen Erkältung und Testung, erst am 4 Tag der 2 positive Streifen erscheint. 
What's going on with COVID? All I'm hearing from people I know is that they're sick, testing negative and have GI symptoms. A lot of people I know are all reporting the same thing, ties in with reports of increasing JN1 strain in wastewater and the fact that it strikes the GI tract.
But almost everyone is negative on PCR and antigen tests for the nose and throat. Nobody here in Switzerland is offering any other diagnostic tests. What gives?

Follicular helper T cells (Tfh) are very important to promote #Bcell response and #antibody affinity maturation. Despite, their blood counterparts circulating Tfh (#cTfh) cells are poorly defined in #human in terms of #antigen specificity and persistence.
