It’s been a horrible day. Because people 🙄
Anyway, in the study now soothing my soul with #fountainpen and paper listening to #bbc6music on the radio.
I love when new #music smacks me in the chops and reminds me that it’s not all sh*t. #LambriniGirls, #ThePill, #WetLeg. All brilliant young women with guitars. I’m counting on the girls in my life needing me to take them to the gigs ‘cos their mums just don’t get it 😉😁 Also, what are they putting in the water on the Isle of Wight?

The 'Sound of the Year Awards' and one of the playlist entries is from Beirut, where drones can be heard everyday in a very similar manner as they are to Gaza, starting with the ominous drone of the drones then blending to local children singing songs of resistance in English, such as "We Shall Overcome"
