My older sister also introduced me to Cyndi Lauper when she bought a cassette copy of the She's So Unusual album. I liked all the songs on the album, but my favorite was "Girls Just Want to Have Fun."

@korporal Today, Cyndi Lauper was on Desert Island Disks. Of course, she talked about her first hit single, Girls just want to have fun. Turns out: Cyndi set up the Girls just want to have fundamental rights fund!

"Open Your Heart" is a song recorded by American singer #Madonna from her third studio album #TrueBlue (1986). Written by #GardnerCole and Peter Rafelson, it was conceived as a #rockAndRoll song titled "Follow Your Heart" for singer #CyndiLauper, although it was never played for her. At the time, Cole's management was working with Madonna's, who were looking for material for True Blue. "Follow Your Heart" was among the songs offered to the singer. She liked it and.

Was listening to random PC-98 music and went "hey, this sounds familiar", and realized it's The Goonies theme by Cyndi Lauper.
What an amazing rendition! It's like two of the most comfiest things put together.
The Goonies is one of my favorite films of all time, a go-to comfort movie whenever life sucks and I'm just obsessed with PC-98 as a platform and just love the look, feel and sounds of games and VNs on it.
