Ansgar Hegerfeld<p>Hatte seit ein paar Tagen am Laptop plötzlich extreme WLAN-Probleme, Verbindung zum Access Point immer nur noch für wenige Sekunden und dann nicht erklärbarer dauerhafter Abbruch. Die lange Analyse der (nicht geänderten) Software hätte ich mir sparen können: Andere WLAN-Karte geholt, eingesteckt und schon läuft es wie früher 🙄 Da scheint die Mediadreck-Karte einfach den Geist aufgegeben zu haben, jetzt geht es mit einer Intel AX 210 weiter.</p><p>Tipp für solche Fälle, bei denen man kein Internet per Kabel bekommen kann: Smartphone per USB anschließen, <a href="https://digitalcourage.social/tags/Tethering" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Tethering</span></a> aktivieren und das Smartphone als externe WLAN-Karte einsetzen. Funktioniert einwandfrei und erstaunlich schnell 😅 Keine Dauerlösung, aber als temporärer Workaround überraschend gut. Mit Campagnolo-Freilauf war es 400€ (!) günstiger als mit Shimano-Freilauf 🧐 Habe dann einfach für 50€ den anderen Freilauf gekauft und in wenigen Sekunden und ohne Werkzeug getauscht - zack, effektiv 350€ gespart. Der Markt regelt...oder so ähnlich 🤷</p><p>Bei DT Swiss kann man sich mit wenigen Klicks online die Teilenummern für solche und ähnliche Umbauten/Reparaturen raus suchen. Auf der einen Seite ist es toll, wenn der Anbieter sinngemäß sagt "Wir machen bei Farben, Mustern und Schriftzügen nahezu alles, was du möchtest". Ansgar Hegerfeld<p>Ich wunderte mich, dass ich das Schaltwerk am <a href="https://digitalcourage.social/tags/Gravelbike" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Gravelbike</span></a> einfach nicht mehr ordentlich eingestellt bekam. Je nach Einstellung fehlten entweder oben oder unten Gänge und wirklich rund lief es auch sonst nicht.</p><p>Ein Blick unter die Haube verriet mir dann, dass einfach nur der Schaltzug komplett zerbröselt war🙄 Und ich dachte, dass die bei Kettenschaltungen länger halten. Ansgar Hegerfeld<p>Habe heute endlich mal meinen Freilauf zerlegt und ein bisschen zusätzliches Fett aufgebracht. Und siehe da: das auf locker 100 m unüberhörbar laute Surren* wurde um 90% reduziert, auch wenn es bei niedriger Umdrehungszahl wieder etwas lauter wird.</p><p>Nachdem ich wusste, wie ich den Freilauf öffne, war es dann auch eine Sache von wenigen Sekunden...</p><p>* Super als Klingel-Ersatz, aber sehr störend bei Gesprächen während der Fahrt. Ansgar Hegerfeld<p>Nachmittagsprogramm: 3 Laufräder in der Selbsthilfewerkstatt des <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://hessen.social/@adfc_ffm" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>adfc_ffm</span></a></span> zentrieren 🔧</p><p>Das Carbon-Hinterrad hatte es auch bitter nötig, die Speichen auf der Antriebsseite waren fast alle komplett lose 🤯 Beim Brompton habe ich leider einen Speichennippel zerstört, aber das gehört am Anfang wohl einfach dazu.</p><p>Wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein, dass ich da war. Nette Menschen, viel Werkzeug und hilfreiche Tipps. Wie realistisch umsetzbar wäre es, a) eine wissenschaftlich solidere Fragestellung zur Ausschreibung zu bringen und b) damit ein eigenes Gutachten zu beauftragen und c) das medial professionell zu begleiten, um die Öffentlichkeit dafür zu erreichen und d) für das ganze Vorhaben ein breites zivilgesellschaftliches Bündnis zur Finanzierung zu finden?

Wer könnte das ankurbeln? Was braucht es grob dafür?

Da Trickstuff leider ihre tollen Highflex-Schaltzüge eingestellt* hat, teste ich zukünftig zwangsweise die Slick-Schaltzüge von Elvedes (die mit 49 Einzeldrähten). Hoffentlich halten die genauso lange...

Habe gerade die letzten Trickstuff verbaut, das war auch dringend notwendig 🤪 Immerhin liefen sie 8000 km mit den neuen und umgebauten GRX-Schalthebeln und der Rohloff, endlich mal eine akzeptable Lebensdauer!
