The wonderfully triangular Caerlaverock Castle and its inner moat. Standing some seven miles south of Dumfries, it was built in the 1260s and 1270s to replace a slightly older castle whose traces can still be seen nearby. Evening all. I will post a new #introduction as I have changed sever. I am a stay at home carer for my sons. We have recently moved from the East Midlands to Dumfries and Galloway (hence the move of server). I was diagnosed as autistic in my late 30s and have spent a couple of years learning about that.
