That software makes a zillion calls to the ArcGIS server in order to do anything. Think 'bloatware'.</p><p>Below is a link to the 'lightweight' Leaflet web map I produce that displays the same data - in this case, all the weather watches and warnings.</p><p>Open the map, click colored area, follow the link.
