Another tootler encouraged me to post some #analoguephotography here (thanks @aeromattsmith) So here we go.

One of my cameras on a very cold morning in a local wood, a resulting #largeformat #blackandwhite negative and a #cyanotype contact print.

I love these beech trees - challenging to photograph as they are up a steep hill and densely shaded most of the year.

A wood and leather folding camera on a tripod among trees in a wood. It's a quarterplate 'Sanderson' field camera (c1919) and, yes, I do put a dark cloth over my head to focus it.

Shadows across the trunks of beech trees in low winter sunlight. A print from the previous negative. It is blue because it is printed with iron chemistry rather than the familiar black and white silver based photogrphic paper.
