So far, so very good.</p>

Their ID verification app was unable to scan the QR code and submitting a support request was not possible due to an internal server error (I ended up not becoming their customer). </p><p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@protonprivacy" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>protonprivacy</span></a></span> is definitely the most secure on that list. It might however be disliked because the need to use there apps or the added complexity of a bridge (a tradeoff between security and usability). </p><p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.xyz/@nextcloud" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>nextcloud</span></a></span> is definitely a solid option for file storage and then some. It, however does not do email on its own.
