Ah lads. I fell fast asleep at 8pm, woke at 1am and spent the rest of the night wide awake. Wide. Like I could have written a novel. Then fell back asleep just after 6am.

Q1. In the US, Daylight Saving Time started yesterday where we “lost” an hour and sprang forward. If you live somewhere that participates in Daylight Saving Time, or if you lose time due to flying, how does it affect you? Do you get jet lag?

It's nice sleeping in my own bed again after two weeks away.
But it would have been better to sleep in it at night instead of during the day #jetlag

I arrived back from Singapore on Monday morning, but I still feel like someone has injected sludge into my brain. Even after getting an incredible night’s sleep last night, I woke up this morning feeling like I’d run a marathon overnight.
