I can see the allure in delegating hard knowledge work like programming to an AI/LLM. But forgoing the hardship of actually learning how to program will undoubtedly cause bigger and more serious problems down the line.

Today I have probably had at least three mental breakdowns trying to track down some coding issues, messing with Alembic database migrations and fighting the general despair of being a solo-preneur/-developer.

Today has been a day of ups and downs, but I managed to come out on the other end with a few steps closer to the goal of completing a particular feature/component.

Programming is hard, and that's why I love it.

#Museums play an important #role worldwide. Not only do they convey #knowledge/#insights to #visitors, but are also places where artistic, cultural, #historical, and #scientific #treasures are #preserved, serving even as subject of current/future research. G.Frackler (2024) finds that #sustainability is becoming increasingly important in the "#selfimage of museums as #social/#societal actors".

State of (in)security - Week 31, 2025

During the week of July 28 - August 4, 2025, there were 34 total cybersecurity events (17 vulnerabilities and 17 incidents/breaches) affecting 456,282 individuals. Malware and ransomware attacks are the leading cause of incidents. Government and healthcare sectors were the most targeted industries.

**AI tools are a mess. Be extremely careful about using AI tools, granting them permissions and giving data. All this technology is not mature and it seems nobody takes the time to fix things.**

Dear Americans,

"Federal datasets are disappearing on everything from disease to labor statistics to inflation.

‪While concerned bout the negative impacts of the next administration, I'm more worried about the cover-up of the impact data. Recall that Trump did everything he could to hide COVID data." 😩
