Here's a house/area I'd check (USAR/SAR), vehicle present in the home, which tends to indicate someone decided not to evacuate. Hopefully, they were just unable to move the vehicle because it was not working at the time of evacuation orders, but the likelihood someone drowned here in this location is MUCH, MUCH higher. Most people would not leave a vehicle -- living in a mobile home community -- so it's likely they were hunkering.
