So here is what I remember: I found the song in 2019 or 2020 on youtube and I think I remember searching for it because I heard it in a series or movie.. but I'm not sure about that. But it definitely was on youtube. So I searched youtube (and let me tell you, searching for "Liars - Drowning" is no fun on youtube) but the video has apparently disappeard or it's impossible to find anymore.
The stupid thing is: I don't really remember the song, or any lyrics. Maybe it did not even have lyrics, and maybe that's what bugging me the most.
I think I will give up on this song now, but maybe I'm lucky and someone here knows what I'm searching for :)

J'ai l'original sur un CD de bébé, l'une des berceuses qu'on lui passe tous les soirs. Résultat tous les soirs je deviens mono maniaque à me demander dans quelle playlist YouTube "2 hours electro-jazz-blues-lofi-for-whisky-nights" j'ai bien pu l'entendre.
