It's already Thursday. It's funny how time seems to pass so quickly after you retire. It's been over two years for me, and I'm still not bored. This hobby helps me stay engaged.
Oh, the dogs were asleep, but now Charlie has decided he wants something. Maybe he wants me to go back to sleep. I know I want to—all I have to do is kick back in my recliner, and I should be able to float away until about seven. That's when Charlie will start the process of waking me up for mealtime at seven-thirty. They have such a sense of time, like food-driven alarm clocks that always go off half an hour early.
