Wrapping up my #DuneAwakening Beta Weekend 7/n. I enjoyed my 15h on Arrakis: got to level 19, build 3 bases and a sandspeeder, reached the second area after a very risky trip trough the sand dunes, it's been fun and a thrilling experience. Will I buy the game at release? No. But let's start with the positives:

- great onboarding journey
- very immersive, permanent sense of danger in the desert, well done
- very good survival game
- UE graphics are excellent
- rewarding exploration
- sound design - the sandworm is scary AF
- tons of stuff to craft
- game loop can be quite addictive (personal preference): gather ressources, craft stuff - so you can get even better ressources and craft better stuff...
- good base building and crafting - very similiar to #NoMansSky except it's in Dune and it's just one desert planet and it's more limited (for now)

Next and last part will be the cons and why you probably don't want to pre-order before the final release reviews are in.
