The Japanes subtitles mentioned that the people forced to move had not other land: they'd not be able to feed themselves anymore. They'd have to rent rooms in the city, it strikes hard with the news of starvation in Gaza, the Army wants a concentrated population, that can't feed itself.. Food Sovereignty!!</p>

And it was good I noticed more, or remembered more of it with two viewings.
