Why can't I have a delicious #vegan #plantbased cheese that doesn't cost the earth available at my local supermarket?
It's as if the brightest minds of each generation get turned to the wrong things - like ever more sophisticated ways to keep scrolling, or physics graduates who became quants and helped cause the financial crisis...

Fellow vegans, what have you *successfully* used in place of whipped cream for *decorating* cakes?
I've tried Alpro's so-called whippable cream many times, and a few other similar products that I can't recall, and they *never* seem to work for me. No matter how much I whip it, it never gets firm enough to use for decoration.
Coconut cream is tricky: too hot and it's liquid, too cold and it gets hard and dry. Plus the taste doesn't go with everything.
