AlisterSecond stop was the False Widow pub in Leith for the Lost Map label and Good Vibes record store presentation. The sun streamed in and the low alcohol beer was tasty. Dominie Hooper was amazing and I will definitely be looking out for her indie folk sounds. R.AGGS was a fun vibe and moved the crowd (as much as they could move, it was a small pub!) AlisterFun was had at Record Store Day in Edinburgh. First stop St.Vincent Chapel in St.Vincent street where, yes, I did buy a St.Vincent CD (among others)! Wonderful music from Withered Hand, Bell Lungs and Haiver and some CDs bought. Very pleased also to get a new hat from Tiny Changes, the charity set up in Scott Hutchison's memory to support young people's mental health. Jambo maroon, which he would have liked I think. Talking Heads 1978, I guess I’m just signed up to buying whatever they put out each year! Usually I buy one thing outside my knowledge base, so this parallel universe version of the first PiL record seems like a good idea.

Das Event spielt schnell keine Rolle mehr für die, weil es einfach nicht bedeutend genug war und auch mit selbst kurzem zeitlichen Abstand nicht mehr das Gewicht hat.Hinzu kommt, dass die Menschen meist nur die letzten X wichtigen Aspekte im Kopf haben. Aber man selbst hat halt häufig so viele Details im Kopf, dass man alles mit allem verknüpft. Und entsprechend sieht man einfach, dass da ein falsches Bild bestehen bleibt und will das korrigieren.

It’s hard to describe the imbalance between the evidence (practically none) and the levels of acute panic and low mood (stratospheric).
