#Saskatchewan is failing at firefighting support and with evacuees. A hotel shortage is making life of an evacuee a lot tougher.

"Arcand said money is becoming an issue for many evacuees.
"If you're in a hotel, if that hotel has food service you may very likely be getting meals. If you're not at a hotel or an evacuation centre, hey, you are on your own dime so you gotta figure it out," she said."

""Within the broader context of national interest … decarbonized barrels [of oil], working alongside forms of decarbonization — that is absolutely in our interest," Carney said.

WTF does that even mean!!??

On the one hand he gets to appease #Alberta and #Saskatchewan by not rejecting pipeline flat out.

On the other hand the "decarbonized barrels" are complete bullshit and impossible to achieve. Thereby preempting any possibility of new pipeline to tide water.

BC is also still traumatized from the last two pipelines being rammed up our backside. Doubt that another one is on the cards any time soon.
