This form. It is entirely too long. It assumes you are hosting only one band? So many fields are required. This is not good #UX. I am just ranting into the void tonight because I was ok with submitting an application when I thought it would be a 5 minute process, but this is now a several week process to track down all of my potential acts, contact info, places of residence, and connections to #Somerville. Ugh.
