Now that I have reached my goal of 10mm in my septum, I am left thinking "Dare I go bigger? Was my goal not ambitious enough? Dare I go to 12mm? Where does the madness end???"
At the beginning of 2024 I made a resolution joke of sorts. That adding in Yoga and by extension regularly scheduled stretching as a workout was a 2025 resolution.
That night I started to make good on that joke/resolution and did my first Yoga workout of 2025.
My current goal is to do 3 yoga/stretching sessions a week. My only time slot I can reliably do it is in the evenings after my toddler goes to bed. Although I might try right after dinner while she's still awake and have her join me. I bet she will enjoy joining me! She already joins me regularly for my strength workouts and loves it.
For the moment, I'm utilizing Apple Fitness+ for its guided yoga workouts.
