'Durchgeschaut' / 'seen through'

Lagos, Portugal, 2016.

A narrow cobble-stone street with one and two-storey traditional white-washed buildings in bright sunshine is photographed from inside a dark arched passage-way. Right at the archway's exit is a street-wide cobblestone mosaic depicting two fish encircling each other. The sunlight casts some interesting shadows onto the street and into the archway.
