@Sarahw of course - although, i do want to manage expectations a bit. this is not a crumbly, aged cheese. it IS a reasonably quick, fermented, lovely & thicc cheese spread that (if you have a vitamix or similar, & you follow the basic recipe, can be made sliceable) i altered by adding some miso, tahini & herbs.

Tariff time! Prices were getting higher, no inventory at B&H, so I snagged 160 exposures to get deals (& yes, I gave B#z0s another 18 cents). The squares work out to $1.14 each & the minis only $0.84! My camera takes either format, but I have to find the other camera back. Will keep the film in the fridge.

France is great for food. Delightful and often affordable three-course to four-course menus, but also simple "assiettes", small portion of food, a platter to share.
