A fabulous tool for all Mastodonners who post pictures: Be My AI.

The software, available for Windows, Android and iPhone takes a picture or image and provides a very detailed description that you can copy into your Alt text (see examples below).

The interface is extremely simple and the program works for art, nature and graphs.

Adding a good Alt text has never been so easy.

And basically I think that terminals are like the furthest far back anyone would want to go with comfortably these days, as noone would want the noise and inconvenience of a #teletype - much less the #privacy & #InfoSec issues when everything is printed on plaintext paper...

Not to mention #SSH is #convenient yet #secure and an 80x25 MDA terminal is easy to digest for both #BrailleScreens and #TTS systems...

@maddiefuzz OFC, #Super8 is more nieche than #35mm and doesn't have as big of a demand, which is a problem for something perishable...

It's kinda like with #SheetFilm and anything #LargeFormat aka. beyond 6x9 / 120 #MediumFormat roll film...

Also nowadays #Film is an "artistic choice" and not your everyday go-to format without competition as #digital is more #accessible, #convenient and #approachable than #analog photography...

THAT is why even making a transfer to #Super8 is nieche, in and of itself...

So yeah, I am convinced that film got more expensive due to lack of demand, but I do have to admit that I don't have sufficient data to evidence that...

Good morning all you beautiful people. I've been out and about this morning - and early meeting and my cov id booster. Applying ice to my arm now to prevent sore arm effects. and cooking breaksfast (late) - a lovely khichdi in the #InstantPot. Not so instant (about 25 mins all told*), maybe a little quicker than stovetop, but a lot more #convenient. No watching, no stirring, no water evaporation.

It is cold 🥶 wet 🌧️ and grey ⬜️ today.

*As long as I remember to turn the knob out of vent and into pressure 😖 otherwise it takes longer 😄
