Coreyartus Imagery<p>I know that the male Cardinal gets a lot of attention because of their coloring, but I gotta say I’m much more interested in the female of the species. Their subtle and rich browns are so much more fun to paint.</p><p>I made this art stationery paper pack with complimentary tones of blues and purples in an interesting pastel texture. I’ve never seen one in person, but I think they’re lovely!</p><p>They’re a bird that can be found all the way from Europe through China to the Pacific Ocean. Coreyartus Imagery<p>I woke up really stressed this morning, way too early at 4:30am. I decided to jump into getting something constructive done. </p><p>I have three tasks today, and now I’ve completed my first: get all the paper stationery packs I’ve made listed on my Goimagine shop. I’ve been sitting on these for almost a year, and now I told myself I needed to get them available.</p><p>Done. Whew!</p><p>I’ll be sharing these individually, of course, but I’m really happy they’re all up. Product photography got to be a routine methodical system after a bit, which was a blessing! I’m terrible at it! LOL!</p><p>Anyway, it’s done! Coreyartus Imagery<p>I got my first actual art stationery paper pack listed on my Goimagine shop. </p><p>50 pages of printed paper stationery (two different pages), with 10 assemble-yourself matching paper envelopes.</p><p>The pack features an Oriole, with soft pastel texture enhancements.</p><p>And it comes lined and unlined!</p><p><a href="https://goimagine.com/illustrated-oriole-60-piece-stationery-paper-pack-8-5x11-lined-and-unlined/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">goimagine.com/illustrated-orio</span><span class="invisible">le-60-piece-stationery-paper-pack-8-5x11-lined-and-unlined/</span></a></p><p>We’ll see how this goes. My goal is to at least get the other 11 sets I’ve designed available on my shop, since I have those files and can print/pack/ship those easily.</p><p>Honestly, I’ve never put anything like this out there, and while I’ve seen downloadable packs all over the place, and thematic notepads of all sizes, I rarely see physical loose leaf printed paper stationery packs for sale. </p><p>But I think, perhaps, there is such a strong current against being online that the nostalgic and retro aspect of just writing letters and mailing them can be quite mentally relaxing. Coreyartus Imagery<p>I just want to put out there that there are real strong virtues to writing letters and sending greeting cards that aren’t necessarily “present” in emails.</p><p>• They get you off line. </p><p>• They help you craft thoughts carefully and purposefully in ways email can’t because you have to manually write it without “deleting” it.</p><p>• They’re fun to receive.</p><p>• They physically exist and will continue to do so if collected and cared for even after you’re dead.</p><p>• They can be pretty if that’s your intent.</p><p>• They’re more personal and meaningful than email because you took the time to engage in the process of penmanship on paper instead of typing it out.</p><p>I highly suggest trying the art of correspondence someday. Because it can be just that if you let it. Try unplugging and decompressing with a nice pot of tea and your favorite pen & stationery. Try contemplating a rough outline of what you want to say or include. Then simplify.</p><p>Maybe do some fun doodling on the paper.
