Delta Sierra<p>I passed 100 hours without nicotine earlier this morning (around 2am). The cravings are definitely less noticeable but I'm still feeling fatigue and getting headaches (I've eaten a lot of asprin over the past 4 days).</p><p>For context, I was taking 15-30 2mg "On!" pouches a day, which is a total of about 30-60mg of nicotine daily (not all of that is absorbed orally though). I think I'm in for one more rough day of increased appetite, low energy, headaches, and fatigue before symptoms start to taper off.</p><p>Here's hoping this is over sooner rather than later!
