ALL WHILE everyone pretends the ongoing pandemic isn't one of the many reasons doctors and nurses are scrambling, sick constantly, times get moved around, delayed, or forgotten into the system.

So you call, you wait for callback and waste a day, you go, you waste more time waiting, exhausted, you get maybe one or two things done, you do it again, your never ends.

And your disabilities grow as you can't access health care in timely manner.

Did I forget anything?

Why is it that people get billed if they go late to doctor's appointment, instead of getting a new scheduled time....when doctors can be 20, 30, 40 minutes or even hour late and nothing comes from that?

A doctor can miss call time, that has 8 HOUR window, with no issues what so ever, but if patient misses a call for any reason they might never be called again, AND could be slapped a bill for missing a call appointment.

Healthcare needs to be reworked.

On a break, trying to figure out where we actually are in the Kemihaara Wilderness Area, Finland, during Christmas and New Year's Eve 2023/2024. We got pretty badly lost on this hike and for five days, we only had a vague idea of where we were. But since we always pack food for a few extra days, we didn't have any other emergency except that it started to become mentally exhausting. I would say I'm pretty good at navigating, but in forests, sometimes my inner compass just gets overwhelmed, or I get lost in my own thoughts and forget to be on alert for landmarks.

Why, oh why, can't the healthcare make it possible to reserve doctor times online, or just NOT make EVERYTHING a damn callback?

I don't want to call you and then need to wait for you to call me when texts are an option, and your "digi clinic" could have an upgrade and allow people to reserve times for everything though there.

The system sucks.
