"#Ravetheplanet" in #Berlin celebrates electronic music, has existed since 2022 and one of its founding members is Dr. Motte, founder of the legendary #LoveParade, which took place in Berlin until 2003. The 2024 parade happened between #VictoryColumn and the Brandenburg Gate. Numerous #floats circulated along park Tiergarten, celebrated by around 300,000 #visitors. The #musiclfestival turned the Victory Column itself into a backdrop shrouded in fog.

I haven't looked too closely, but the "only sometimes it's short a nickel" screams #rounding error to me. You're using #floats, so floating-point #precision issues can also creep in, though with small values that's less likely.
You might use #Decimal values instead of floats (in the decimal module). They're pretty standard for #currency calculations.

If not then does the threat used to justify the group's exclusion genuinely exist? Open record requests should be made.

@DebR Personally, I’ve had extremely limited success with hoping. #acupuncture and #floats have helped to alleviate extreme pain. And WAY too many OTC meds.
