The Framework 12 went together in under 10 minutes. It's just seating RAM, storage, sliding the keyboard into place, installing the USBC cards, and tightening down the case. Fedora went on to it in the time it took me to get a picture and post about it.
It's chunky and the plastic is pretty thick. There's a nice texture to the keys. The display is bright enough. I haven't even started on in on the tablet part yet. Feels very reminiscent of some Chromebooks that went hard on ruggedizing for schools.

Does someone now if the #framework12 from @frameworkcomputer already started shipping? And if so which batch currently ships?
Just asking because I am eagerly waiting for mine.
Reviews are out and I'm hyped for mine to arrive!
I hope this begins a long future of a wide range of 2-in-1 Frameworks. I want a high-end AMD one, and I want to buy or pass on these repairable and upgradeable machines for the whole family.
@arstechnica propblem is that @frameworkcomputer / @framework / #Framework doesn't offer the #Framework12 with Stylus right now not even as #preorder...
I don't generally track analytics on my website, but I have a toy #RaspberryPi set-up with an e-ink display that displays activity whenever I plug it in.
That tells me since being turned on this morning that my most popular post is still this one on using Arch Linux with Sway on a Lenovo Yoga 2-in-1 laptop: https://rhys.wtf/posts/sway-and-arch-with-yoga
I'll be doing a similar follow-up soon when my #Framework12 arrives :)
