#goldenhour The sky was very special that evening. A neighbor came to warn me that I really had to take a picture. And she was right. In the middle of the photo you see a street with sidewalks on both sides and rows of houses. It is almost dark but you can just make out the houses. The windows and white parts of the houses light up white or red because of the setting sun. The sky is incredibly orange with wisps of clouds in between. On the street in the middle there is a parked car on the right. The roof is red because of the sun. A car is approaching on the left, with its lights on. Along the sidewalk on the left is a long row of lampposts. The glass lamps on the poles are red because of the light that shines through them. There are lines from left and right towards the middle, from the curbs, the street and the lamps.

Morgenflug im ersten Licht

Kanadagänse (Branta canadensis) im Formationsflug durch die kühle Morgenluft. Das erste Licht des Tages bringt eine ganz besondere Stimmung – weich, golden und klar. Solche ruhigen Momente, in denen die Natur erwacht, sind immer wieder faszinierend zu erleben und festzuhalten.

Diese Aufnahme entstand im Morgengrauen, als die Sonne gerade über den Horizont kam und die Szene in warmes Licht tauchte.
