While I haven’t been able to finish one of my deeper pieces, I did manage to compile my recipe for homemade vegan tomato soup.

This is only my second published recipe. I’m not a cook. But sometimes I make good food. This is one of those good foods.

Used some of the fancy cheese I bought to make fancy grilled cheese. This is an apple cinnamon jack cheese, which I added some thin slices of apples to and then cooked on sourdough! I really enjoyed, spouse thought it was too sweet and I should have gotten tarter apples - can’t win em all.

Last week I watched a video about #BritishStreetFood. As a result, my #GrilledCheese #sandwich game has been transformed. This is my version of a #CheeseToastie - so good! Same ingredients, better method.

The sandwich is special because of this cilantro sauce my brother created. Its a sauce that is good on basically everything and today we will learn to make cilantro special sauce as well as a grilled cheese with bacon, avocado, Fontinella Cheese, sourdough bread all taken to new levels with this delicious cilantro sauce.

AHHHH, a dream come true!

I used my other 2 slices of my animal-based bread to make a grilled-ham-and-cheese sandwich. And it was DEEEE-VINE! Crispy and buttery, with some thin-sliced deli ham surrounded by sharp pinconning and havarti cheeses...ahhhh.....

Musical Interlude; Here's a local Baltimore artist who created something addictive. I once heard this described as "hardcore bop" but I added that it's also lighter than air, sweet without being sickly, and happily addictive.
