H-1B visa are 'to help employers who cannot otherwise obtain needed business skills and abilities from the U.S. workforce by authorizing the temporary employment of qualified individuals.'

What workers does country-club Mar-a-Lago need for which H-1B is needed?

in 1996, his wife Melania obtained an H-1B visa. Is Melania one of the workers with unique qualifications that Trump is referring to?
