From #Herne near the #CrangerKirmes we now move north over #Herten.

You can see the Cranger Kirmes in the first image.

The second image shows the Waste-fired power plant in Herten. With the #Hoppenbruch spoil heap in the top left and the #Hoheward spoil heap in the top right.

Der RVR erhält nach dem Vergleich 2024 - rvr.ruhr/news/startseite-news/ und www1.wdr.de/nachrichten/ruhrge - 4,1 Millionen Euro Schadenersatz für die Fehler beim Bau des #Horizontobservatorium|s auf der Halde #Hoheward in #Herten, wurde jetzt bekannt: waz.de/rhein-und-ruhr/article4. Schon kurz nach der Fertigstellung des astronomischen Monumentalbaus, längst eine Landmarke des Ruhrgebiets geworden, war deswegen eine Schweißnaht gebrochen: skyweek.wordpress.com/2011/03/ - seither kann die Anlage nicht mehr betreten werden.
