Wohnungen werden ja nicht von der Stadt gebaut, sondern von Privatinvestoren. Diese dürfen dann das Olympische Dorf für das Jahr 2044 hinstellen und danach wird das wieder umgebaut zu Wohnungen!?Wenn es mehr Wohnungen in München geben soll, dann muss jetzt geplant und gebaut werden und zwar Sozialwohnungen! Wie man in den letzten 3 - 5 Olympischen Spielen gesehen hat, werden Mieten und Immobilien dauerhaft(!) sehr viel teurer auf Grund der <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/IOC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#IOC</a>-Spiele. Also zweimal negativer Einfluss. Die DieLinke ist auch deshalb voll bei <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/nolympia" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#nolympia</a> dabei, weil sie das ganz klar sieht.ÖPNV: Es wird nichts früher fertig werden weder die U9 noch die zweite Stammstrecke. Das geht rein technisch nicht. Aber: es wird Geld verbraten werden für die vom <a href="https://climatejustice.social/tags/IOC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#IOC</a> vorgeschriebenen Funktionärs-Lanes und andere nicht auf Bürger-/Einwohnerbedarf abgestimmten Verkehr sondern auf zwei Wochen HalliGalli-Verkehr.
