Earlier in the day we faced storms, but they cleared in time for us to arrive in Pokhara and enjoy some stunning views of Machhapuchhre. ⁠Kind of hard to believe that these places really exist. Ewen Bell 📷Still in Bhaktapur with this series. I visit here every year, and pretty much every year I take a photo of Kumari. This time the shoot escalated a little! Myriad MisadventuresI take a lot of photos of flowers because they’re pretty and don’t move so I can take my time. So a lot of my Shenzhen photos aren’t actually of the city but flowers (and mushrooms). This shot though I managed to get some flowers AND some city. Ewen Bell 📷Might be that the best part of this journey was when Tashi got his own Macro lens and hence a chance to discover something very new and very wonderful. His patience with the butterflies is exemplary. There was a moment when he realised that you need more than flowers to chase butterflies, you need the sun as well.
