A very large old tree stump is stained dark green by moss, and its upper crest also has a puffy and fuzzy sort of moss growing over the top. Near the base, a solitary little mushroom sprouts out.

Went for a wander down to the creek since there’s a nice breeze. Sun is a bit warm now though.

Found some nice mossy roots though.

The section of creek closest to home (approx 650m or so). A wide shallow pool fed by a series of small cascades.

Looking up the creek from Andy Williams Park. The water cascades over large slabs of granite. There are trees on either bank and in the little islands in the middle.
