TinJar<p>4/ These positions could force a reckoning with <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/US" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>US</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/voters" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>voters</span></a>. Here is how:</p><p>Usually, <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/MAGA" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>MAGA</span></a> opposes whatever the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/climate" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>climate</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/movement" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>movement</span></a> supports. With this stance, MAGA might turn against <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/tariffs" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>tariffs</span></a> and <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/deportation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>deportation</span></a>. Already, both these ideas are polling negatively. In an ideal world, this would hasten the demise of these ideas among the majority of the voters. Hopefully, for good! Then we can resume the right approach of using <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/global" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>global</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/cooperation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>cooperation</span></a> to address <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/climatechange" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>climatechange</span></a>.</p>
