Ich sehe dagegen NICHT, dass man in digitale, ökonomische und kulturelle Souveränität investiert und den sozialen Ausgleich verbessert.
Ich sehe auch NICHT, dass man Europa klimatisch absichert und ökologisch diversifiziert.

I don't understand why #QCad is not very popular in the Linux community. It has a free, GPL version that is way more put together than LibreCAD. In fact, LibreCAD is a fork of QCad from the late 2000s. QCad has way more features now, and most are free.
Sure, there's FreeCAD too, but that's more about 3D CAD, and it's more difficult to learn & use. QCad is a good starter 2D Cad/Cam, especially if you're coming from #AutoCAD 's UI.

I'm a candidate for #OpenSouce Initiative Director, “Affiliate district” . I got an unsolicited email (late PM, FRI 2025-03-07) from an Affiliate (their Executive Director is someone I've known them since circa 2003) & they told me they voted for me as #1. #OSI told candidates election ran *at least* 10 days including two weekends, but apparently it was actually 6.5 days & only one weekend.
The laundry list of election irregularities grows.
I'm so proud of my team for this. We have a fraction of the resources of Esri but we've built a really slick, free tool for environmental story telling. And THIS feature was built because we did field work and listened to our partners about what was most important to them. It feels good.

Can you guess which belongs to activitypub, atproto and nostr?
Scenario: Bluesky domain goes offline along with all related services such as storage, cdn etc for an extended amount of time
Unlike Mastodon, on atproto all user data (follow, follower, posts etc) is technical available for transfer. With all services down, can I still migrate? If cdn is down, wouldn't I lose all media files?
First week of #30DayFOSSChallenge is coming to an end. My blogpost will be a few days late because I'll be camping for the #eclipse but I'm excited by what's already happening.
