I've said it before, and I'll say it again: #PlugData is so damn nice. Really nice UI. Deffo the nicest and easiest way to get into this sort of stuff in 2025.

This is surprisingly hard, but we've made it a bit easier with a small guide with tips and tricks and an example of booting directly into a #SuperCollider program once powered on.

Dusted off my #Puredata skills and hand made patches for last week’s track.

A calm and simple ambient track for slow mornings.
Used a shimmer effect and a reverb I made a few years ago, as well as a very simple synth I made last week for the occasion.

I really love Puredata and I want to find a workflow with it that lets me make music with it more regularly.

Here's another intro, I've been off and on Mastodon since 2018. It's nice to have something that gains access to ActivityPub along with other communities so I eventually keep coming back.

Lately I'm learning #puredata, exploring #audio in #Linux. #EndeavourOS is my new fav and #Xfce and I go back a long long ways. A consistent friend. I mostly prefer #bash and am digging into #gopher (pun?). I have a disdain for the tech industry but do love to tinker.

I'm #NewHere and trying to figure this out. So far I know of one friend i know afk who is here too... thats different.
I'm an artist living in Hannover, Germany. I'm working a lot with #SoundInstallation #SonicFiction and programming in #PureData which i also use for #Musick. I'm interested things happening at the edges of reality and how these are moving and wiggling around, #magic, #hauntology, #solarpunk

Last year I started to (re-)release music in a podcast format called Unlive Musick which can be found here (https://www.gregorkieseritzky.de/musick/unlive) with a cool pitch fader and an RSS feed.

This video by @polarity about PlugData has made me understand what an interesting and promising open source platform this is for audio plugin developers and music creators. Kind of evident once you get it but the fact is that I had missed it, even after installing PlugData because of some plugin a few weeks ago.
