This is a wonderful talented artist, Jen Bandini. She has been in and out of hospital with existing and new symptoms.
Consequently her landlord served her an eviction notice, and her beautiful dog Pippa was put into foster care.
She is hoping to return to North Carolina to be with friends and family and then hopefully reunited with Pippa.

North Carolina Attorney General, Jeff Jackson, has reached a settlement with the landlord company Cortland Management LLC.
“Today’s settlement means one less landlord is using RealPage’s unlawful AI software to charge North Carolinians unfair rents. We’re going to keep fighting this case to make sure all landlords and property managers play by the rules and people can afford rent.

Of course, they shouldn't be over-burdened, but referencing the rent everyone else pays, in the vicinity - that's just WRONG!
IT's ONE building - 12 parties - at least 400 bucks per unit per month!
As per my household book, they've gained ~55k €uros in #rent, over ~10-ish years, just from MY contract, 1/12th!
