Good afternoon, anonymous friends! (1/4)

Went to the #RhododendronSpeciesBotanicalGarden on my lunch today - lots of pretty #flowers even though most of the #Rhododendrons had already bloomed.

A cluster of small pink flower with a yellow center.
A cute little yellow iris - a bog-friendly variety, with more filling the background.
A vibrant orange tiger lily. It's probably more brilliantly orange than an actual tiger would be, and certainly smells better.
No idea what this flower is, but it's super fluffy and pink. Basically a natural doily.

I love how the different #rhododendrons around our house take turns blooming in a weeks-long parade of eye-candy colors & beauty. As our pale pink ones out back drop their petals, it’s time for the deeper pinks & creamy yellows out front to take the stage… and host the pollinators. (A big bumblebee was enjoying lunch on the pink one while I took these 🌺 🐝)…
