...for open tools and services that are useful to me.

I'm doing this since summer 2024.

Each project gets paid at least 5€ per month.

Let's take the monthly recurring revenue model of MS365 as an example but fund projects, that won't sell your data

I believe in monthly payments so the projects have a stable budget to operate with.

The list includes now:

- KDE (desktop on two devices, 10€)
- Thunderbird
- Signal

If you can afford to support your instance admin(s), please consider doing so. They often pay a good bit of money out of their own pockets to keep the instance running and all that goes along with it.

It's not cheap to run an instance. I know from past experience and it's nice when you have even just a few dollars coming in to help cover the costs.

I'm running some pretty serious infra behind our instances; and I'm keeping a close eye on it today. I'm only a small content creator in a niche and a moderately heavy user.
