I put #ubuntu #linux on my #surface go today. It isn't any faster than #windows10, but it is supported far into the future. The only real issue is the iffy camera support, otherwise things are pretty nice, especially once I got #edge installed.

@arstechnica Anyone have experience running Linux on a Windows surface tablet. I have a surface 8 pro. Nothing special needed. Would be nice to be able to run Reolink camera app. Maybe that will work with WINE. #surface #surfacepro

I've been using the Surface Pen more lately (or trying to), and the thing I notice the most is how often it misses part or all of a stroke.

The BedMachine v3 bed has some subjective advantages over Bedmap3 where glacier flow is relatively fast, but survey data are sparse. Surface, on AppleTV, does a better job than most of their series at maintaining a plot that makes reasonable sense, and delivers some decent twists throughout season 1.

Every mystery is solved and regenerates as a new mystery which, instead of frustrating me, has left me appreciating the relatively subtle way they play with the audience. But then, I'm not one to figure out what's happening but rather just go along.

The setup for the second season isn't promising though.
