I spent some time in prison. In addition to many letters, it was books that enabled me to survive. Books open up new spaces for us, allow us to look into previously unknown worlds. Books allow us to enter these worlds, broaden our horizons and meet people both living and dead. Whether novels, non-fiction and specialist literature, poetry and much more. Life, my life, would be poorer if there were no books.

Decided I needed a realistic todo list for this week.

Using the computer for 1hr means I need a 3hr nap to recover. Screens and moving seem to be the worst.
