I imagine my #gardening doesn’t venn well (is that even a verb?) with my #FOSS & #tech interests.
*But* #Obsidian #Markdown note taker is pretty amazing. My latest installed plugin is Checkbox Reorder. When used with Tasks & Obligator, well, #task management got a whole lot easier.
If more than 3 people are interested, I'll write up my workflow to share. Otherwise, I'll keep it all to myself

Our #president and the #VP of #engineering would break our company's share of the work into #blocks or #modules, those would flow out to individual #team leads. Teams would break it down into tasks, and then come up with #estimates for each #task. There would be hundreds of tickets overall; projects generally lasted 6 months to a year.
Then the president and VP would go into the #boardroom with hundreds of these tasks on #PostIt notes and #stick them all over 3 #walls.

@EpiphanicSynchronicity @Regor I may give the built-in #task system in #Logseq a try. My needs are simpler these days.
I appreciate @EpiphanicSynchronicity mentioning #GTD. I was an avid GTD'er for ages -- the system appealed to my inner fundamentalist. (Ha!)
Now that I've been exposed to a simpler way of working, managed primarily by #kanban boards, I may also just give a simple kanban tracking board a try (also possible in #Logseq).
